1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using any part of the batjlle platform available at batjlle.net, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is entered into between you (the "Player" or "User") and batjlle (the "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our").

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and batjlle with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

batjlle reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on batjlle.net. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered through batjlle.net, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, baseball, football, kabaddi, and all other available markets), live casino games, slots, Super Keno, promotions and bonuses, payment processing, and customer support interactions. Any supplemental rules, game-specific terms, or promotional terms that may be published separately form part of this agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.

1.2 Language of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. English is the governing language of this agreement for all purposes, including any dispute resolution proceedings. Where any translated version of this document has been made available for reference, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the batjlle platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that you meet all of these requirements at the time of registration and on each occasion that you use the platform.

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any bet or wager on batjlle. This rule applies universally and without exception. 18+ batjlle takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. Any account found to be registered by or used by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds frozen pending investigation, and any winnings forfeited in full.

batjlle reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

2.2 Geographical Eligibility

The batjlle platform is designed and operated for use by players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of batjlle complies with all laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable in your jurisdiction. batjlle makes no representation that the services provided are legal in any jurisdiction other than those in which it operates. If you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited, you do so at your own risk and sole responsibility.

2.3 Single Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one active account on the batjlle platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under the names of others — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, batjlle reserves the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts immediately and without prior notice;
• Void all bets, wagers, and casino game rounds placed from duplicate accounts;
• Forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with duplicate accounts;
• Permanently ban the player from re-registering on the batjlle platform.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of batjlle services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must first register a player account. Registration is free of charge.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Required information includes, but may not be limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes at any time after registration.

batjlle may require you to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal request. Verification documents may include a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), a recent utility bill, or a bank statement. batjlle's verification process is conducted solely for the purposes of player security, fraud prevention, and compliance with responsible gaming obligations.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly;
• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify batjlle support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

batjlle will never ask you to share your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] without delay.

All bets, deposits, and actions taken while a player is logged into their account are deemed to have been authorised by the registered account holder. batjlle shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the account holder has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

Providing false or misleading information during registration — including a false name, date of birth, or address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. batjlle reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where inaccurate information is discovered, and to withhold any associated balances or winnings pending investigation.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the batjlle platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). batjlle supports a range of local payment methods to ensure deposits and withdrawals are accessible to players across all divisions of Bangladesh.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals on batjlle:

• bKash — instant mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals;
• Nagad — instant mobile financial service transactions;
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking;
• Upay — United Commercial Bank mobile wallet;
• Dutch-Bangla Bank — direct bank transfers;
• Other major Bangladeshi commercial banks as listed in the Cashier section of your account.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your batjlle account. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposits

Funds deposited into your batjlle account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. batjlle reserves the right to return any deposit suspected of originating from a third party and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your batjlle account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer processing times may vary. batjlle is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's own processing times or technical issues.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by batjlle's finance team during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that matches your registered account name and that you have previously used for a deposit, subject to the applicable method's availability.

Before any withdrawal is processed, batjlle may require identity verification to be completed. You must ensure your account details and verification documents are up to date to avoid delays. batjlle aims to process all verified withdrawal requests promptly, though exact timeframes depend on the chosen payment method.

4.4 Responsible Use of Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited into your batjlle account are from legitimate sources and that you are not depositing funds that you cannot afford to lose. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income. If at any time you feel your gambling is becoming problematic, please use the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings or contact our support team.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

batjlle offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladeshi cultural occasions including Eid and Pohela Boishakh.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by both these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 years and above only. 18+
• Each promotion is available once per eligible player unless otherwise stated;
• batjlle reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time;
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted;
• batjlle reserves the right to refuse or cancel a bonus if it suspects abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in its individual promotional terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager the total bonus amount 30 times before any derived winnings become withdrawable.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all toward bonus wagering. Contribution rates for each game category are stated in the specific promotional terms.

5.3 Welcome Bonus

New players at batjlle may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit, subject to the terms published on the Welcome Bonus page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device. batjlle reserves the right to modify the welcome bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets, casino game rounds, Super Keno draws, and any other wagering activity conducted on the batjlle platform are subject to the rules set out in this section, as well as any game-specific or sport-specific rules published separately on the platform.

6.1 Sports Betting

batjlle offers betting markets across a wide range of sports, with primary focus on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series), baseball (MLB, NPB, and international), football, kabaddi, and hockey. By placing a sports bet, you accept that:

• All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the market closes;
• batjlle reserves the right to suspend or close any betting market at any time without prior notice;
• Bets placed on clearly erroneous odds (also known as "palpable errors") may be voided at batjlle's sole discretion, regardless of the outcome;
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the live market being open; delays in bet placement may result in the bet being voided if the odds have changed materially;
• Match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation rules vary by sport and are governed by the applicable sport-specific rules page.

6.2 Casino Games & RNG

All casino games available on batjlle — including slots, table games, and virtual games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by batjlle's game supply partners, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The RNG systems used have been independently tested to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

batjlle does not control the outcome of any casino game. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are determined by the game provider and are available in the game information panel within each game. Historical results have no influence on future outcomes.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real time from studio environments operated by batjlle's live casino partners. Decisions made by live dealers are final. In the event of a technical disruption during a live game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned, or the round may be completed based on the last valid state of play — the applicable rule depends on the game provider's specific policy.

6.4 Bet Acceptance & Confirmation

A bet is only valid and binding once you have received a bet confirmation from the batjlle system, including a unique bet reference number. If you do not receive a confirmation, the bet should not be assumed to have been placed. batjlle's records of all transactions and bet placements are the definitive source of truth in any dispute.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

batjlle operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, cheating, collusion, and any other form of conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or the fairness of play for other users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account per person, household, or IP address;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to place bets without manual human input;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any such gains must be reported and will be reversed;
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Arbitrage betting or matched betting using batjlle bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in genuine play;
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to disguise your location or bypass platform access controls;
• Depositing funds from payment sources not registered in your own name (third-party funding);
• Any form of money laundering, including using the platform to cycle funds without engaging in genuine gambling activity;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing batjlle staff or other players via any communication channel.

Where batjlle reasonably suspects any of the above prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to: immediately suspend the account without notice; withhold all funds pending investigation; permanently ban the player from the platform; and report the activity to the appropriate authorities where legally required to do so.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by Player

You may close your batjlle account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — for example, because you feel gambling is becoming a problem — please inform the support team. 8.2 Suspension or Closure by batjlle

batjlle reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment from a player's bank or payment provider;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age;
• Discovery that the account holder is subject to a self-exclusion that should have prevented registration;
• Any other circumstance in which batjlle reasonably determines that maintaining the account is not in the interests of safe and responsible gaming.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, you will no longer be able to access the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses. Any bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to the verification of the account and the source of funds, and subject to the deduction of any amounts owed to batjlle under these terms.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. batjlle will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before designating an account as dormant. A dormant account fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from any remaining balance after the dormancy period commences, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.
